Care Guide

Merino is easier to care for than most people expect — and because it naturally resists odor, you'll wash it far less than cotton or synthetics.

Washing

• Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle or wool cycle
• Use a mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener (softener coats the fiber and reduces its natural performance)
• Wash with similar colors, inside out

Drying

• Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight — this keeps the shape and fit
• Do not tumble dry, do not wring

Between wears

• Air it out overnight — merino refreshes itself and is usually ready to wear again
• Spot-clean small marks with cold water instead of a full wash

Storage & pilling

• Store folded, clean and fully dry
• Light pilling in high-friction areas during the first weeks is normal for natural fibers — remove it gently with a fabric shaver and it fades over time
