All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Free shipping: on orders over $49.99
We currently ship within the United States only. Need to change your shipping address after ordering? Email info@merinnovation.com as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Not the right fit? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
To start a return, email info@merinnovation.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. For the fastest exchange, place a new order and return the original item.
Orders placed on Amazon are returned through Amazon in accordance with its return policy.
Damaged or defective?
Manufacturing defects are covered by our 1-year warranty — start at Warranty Registration and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
