Warranty Terms & Conditions

Every MERINNOVATION item is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies automatically from the date of purchase — registration is not a condition of coverage; it simply makes any future claim faster.

1. What's covered

We warrant that your MERINNOVATION product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as failed seams or stitching, fabric defects present on arrival, and holes or thinning that appear prematurely under normal use. The warranty applies no matter where you purchased — merinnovation.com, Amazon, or another authorized retailer — as long as you can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual thinning, minor pilling, or color fading over time;
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care — for example washing or drying contrary to the care instructions, bleach, ironing, or contact with abrasive surfaces (Velcro, rough footwear);
  • Damage caused by external factors such as fire, chemicals, pets, or moths;
  • Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than MERINNOVATION;
  • Free promotional items and gifts;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand.

Eligibility is determined based on inspection of the merchandise — clear photos are usually sufficient.

3. How to make a claim

Email info@merinnovation.com with your order number, where you purchased, and a few photos of the issue. If you registered your warranty, just write from (or mention) the email you registered with — we'll find the rest.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion. Each item is eligible for one warranty replacement; a replacement is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

4. Amazon and other marketplace purchases

Please keep your Amazon Order ID (format: 123-1234567-1234567) — you'll find it in your Amazon account under “Returns & Orders”. Certain remedies for marketplace purchases may be processed through the marketplace in accordance with its policies.

5. The 20% registration reward

  • The discount code you receive for registering is unique and can be used once;
  • It is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued;
  • Limit of one code per customer and per order number;
  • It applies to everything at merinnovation.com and cannot be combined with other discount codes;
  • The code has no cash value and cannot be applied to past purchases.

6. General

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. MERINNOVATION may update these terms from time to time; changes apply to purchases made after the update.
